Doctor Who?

After the school psychologist’s report concluded that our daughter has an «unspecified learning disability», our request to have an independent evaluation paid for by the school district was granted, now we needed to find the right doctor.

I set out to get as much information as I could about who we should choose to evaluate our daughter.  With so much information available I was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of it all.  A couple of Anna’s teachers recommended a behavioral optometrist in our area because they noticed some tracking issues when reading and they knew many families in our district who had also gone to him. I took the optometrists name and number but «tucked it away» for now, I didn’t feel right about it and I wanted to pray and seek God as well as do some of my own research.  The resources I used in making the decision…
